AT PANORAMA, AMEX DESIGNED A SPACE TO CREATE AN UNEXPECTED VIP EXPERIENCE WITH INSTAGRAM-ABLE MOMENTS OF THE FESTIVAL.
American Express wanted to amplify the festival fan experience in innovative ways that are supremely shareable. Additionally, AMEX wanted a separate space for Platinum Card Members, giving them an incredible view of the main stage, in a comfortable, VIP-style setting.
On the lower level, guests interacted with “Instagram-able” sets that brought the energy of NYC to the festival. The most popular installations included a miniature Brooklyn Bridge tower with suspended swing sets, an American Express Centurion recreated from rolls of cassette tape, and a custom-built, MTA subway car, strong enough to dance in, with reactive music and LED lights.
On the upper level, Platinum Members received express facials and custom cocktails. Every element was an embodiment of NYC and Panorama, providing fans with social currency to share and an experience to remember.
